Brief Answer:
Please consult your doctor and get an ultrasound scan testis done

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
There can be many reasons for one testis being or appearing larger than the other and without pain.

There can be a hydrocele which is collection of fluid un the sac around the testis.

It can also be due to thickened veins around the testis giving appearance of enlarged testis.

It is suggested to consult your doctor and get an ultrasound scan of scrotum done. Any abnormal conditions will be known in this way.

Hope your query is answered.
Please do write back if you have any doubts.
