Question: Hello I have a swollen area around the head of my penis. It has been this way for about 4 days. There are also very small bumps underneath the rim.Swollen vein

Brief Answer: Fungal infection, fordyce spots Detailed Answer: Hello Thanks for the query and photographs. This swollen area might be due to fungal infection. Dont worry about small bumps. These are enlarged sebaceous gland called as fordyce spots and are completely normal. Clean the head of penis twice daily with water and apply anti fungal cream. You will get relief within 15 days.
