Brief answer....swelling as well as dark circles can be related to each other
Detailed answer....
Hello,
Thanks for the query.
I have read your query and understand your concern.
There can be various reasons for swelling in feet and ankles and this may range from non serious cause like anaemia with hypoprotenemia ( this can cause dark circles under eyes ) to other issues like liver disorders, kidney disorders, heart disorders etc.
What you need is a thorough investigations including CBC,urine, liver function tests, kidney function tests, thyroid function tests,EKG,echocardiogram etc
Treatment would be easy once the cause is identified.
I hope it helps, however you are most welcome to revert to me for any further query.
Best of luck
Thanks
