Brief Answer:
Hypothyroidism or Iron deficiency can cause that.

Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir,i had gone through your query and understood your concerns.

Sir, From picture you have sent, The very mild swelling seen and with out pain as you told. The most probable causes for such condition are Hypothyroidism which can be diagnosed by thyroid profile and the other could be due to Iron deficiency anaemia.

If I were your treating physician, I would suggest you to get Thyroid profile and Hemoglobin% blood test to be done. One of the reasons is suspected. So please get them done and write back to us.

Hope this guides you. If you have additional questions or follow up queries then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your queries.

Wishing you good health.

Brief Answer:
Antibiotic course would help you

Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir, welcome back.

Happy to hear that the reports are normal.

The only left over option is it could be an inflammation glands or mild infection to glands. Non steroidal anti inflammatory drugs like Aspirin and Antibiotic course with Tab. Amoxicillin CV for 1 week should help. Please consult a doctor to get a prescription.

Thank you.
