Brief Answer:
I would wait and watch...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

As I understand you have been on a resolving course since stressful summer. Do you feel this swelling on / under the skin? If so can you describe its size and consistency?

Well, based on your description it doesn't seem to be ominous. And since all your symptoms are slowly perishing, I feel we can keep a close watch on it without investigations. I will order for an ultrasound scan if this symptoms persists for more than 2 weeks or in case it aggravates.

In the interim include plenty of fibres and fluids into the diet. This should prevent constipation and the symptoms associated with it.

Hope this helped. Let me know if you need clarifications.

Regards

Brief Answer:
Wait and watch will be my suggestion

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Be rest assured, a colon mass or swelling is not easily noticeable unless it's extremely huge. FFurther colon swelling doesn't present this way.

So perhaps, the current disturbance is most likely sequelae of recent bowel issue. I would apply wait and monitor option instead of pressing for investigation right away. You can plan the doctor visit as per feasibility.

Good luck and regards
