What Causes Sweet Smelling Urine?

Question: my pee smells like buttered sweet corn it is strongest in the is but lasts all day there is no pain or discomfort so I am not sure that I need to worry but with all my other probs I don't want to take the chance that I might be missing something.

If it were an infection, pain and increased urination in small volumes would have accompanied this. These are all absent.

For now, drink much water. Monitor the odor and color and report to me. Unless something else comes up, this should normally regress spontaneously.
