Brief Answer:
palmar and plantar hyperhidrosis

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX,
Thanks for posting your query in HealthcareMagic,

I have gone through your query and can certainly understand your concern,

The condition you seem to be suffering from is termed as palmo-plantar hyperhidrosis; which involves excessive sweating of palms and feet irrespective of weather conditions, as focal eccrine (sweat) glands secrete large amounts of sweat.

Treatment remains a challenge as its usually idiopathic, that is there is no actual cause for this condition.

Treatment options include topical or systemic agents, anticholinergics and surgical sympathectomy.

Surgical sympathectomy is usually reserved to severe cases and hence should not be considered at this point. I would suggest you to use DRYSOL ( aluminium chloride hexahydrate), apply at night over the affected areas, provided he skin is not broken or torn. Wash of the residue the next day. Use it daily for a week.

Also avoid much use of any irritant substances.

If found not much relief, you may consult with a dermatologist for proper examination and may advice further treatments accordingly.

I hope this helps

Please feel free to discuss further
