Brief Answer:
Needs work up and management

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i read your concern. Hot shower bath give peripheral body vessels dilation. And standing prolonged may itself cause low blood pressure. You need work up for postural hypotension. You need cardiac work up like echo, ecg and thyroid functions. Sweating is due to vasodilation of blood vessels in skin and nausea is due to dizziness .

Apart from heart causes, vestibular functions need to be assessed too to rule out any ear pathology as that can lead to fainting episodes as well.

Talk to your doctor and let them run some work up to connect the dots.
I hope it helps. take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Khan
