What Causes Sweating And Itching Of Scrotum At Night?
Question: My crotch sweats and itches at night, no irritation while or after urination, once crotch is wiped with alcohol in morning it dries and does not itch... just at night

Hi,
You gave history of itching on scrotum. There is sweating and itching on scrotum at night. This much history is not sufficient to come to diagnosis. So, I would like to ask few questions.
1) from how many days you have itching on scrotum?
2) is there any lesion on scrotum? Like papules, vesicles, toughness, dryness, oozing..
3) is there itching elsewhere? On penis, groin areas, trunk, extremities, scalp..
4) do you have any other systemic disease beside BPH? Like DM, HT, renal diseases, heart diseases or other..
5) do you take any other drug beside alfuzosin?
6) do you work or retired?
7) past history of any disease, surgery?
8) any bad habit like alcohol, smoking or tobacco?
9) family history of any disease?
10) psychological status..tension, worries, depression or else?
Please answer above queries and if possible post the photo of scrotal area, so that I can advise you in better ways.
