Brief Answer:
Supraclavicular Lymph node / Under Evaluation

Detailed Answer:
Brief Ans-SupraClavicular Lymp node/ Under EValuation.

Dear, Thanks for your query to HCM.
Read and Reviewed Your query and understood your health Concerns.

My Impressions-

You have 2 different health issues. The Supraclavicular Lymph node swelling is most probably due to Viral and the accompanying Secondary Infection, is due to Viral Pneumonia with secondary bacterial infection.

The variation in size suggests that the lymph nodes swelling is getting resolved with the antibiotic treatment you are getting, so please continue with it.

Second health issues if from the-Salivary Stone and infection of the Salivary and accompanied lymph nodes under chin and at ear.

Both these health issues are due to acccompanied diabetes which you have.
It needs to be treated and kept under control,if needed by changing over to injectable insulin till the infection comes under controll.

Suggestions-

Consult Surgeon to resolve the Stone issue by planned surgical removal of Salivary Gland Stone, after the infection in Salivary gland and nodes is brought under control.

You need not worry about the Supra-Clavicular node, as it would get resolved and is in process of vanishing.

You need to keep watch for its recurrence, if any, which would need further investigation , in that case.

To avoid recurrence, meticulous care and control of your diabetes, is a MUST.

Hope this reply is helpful to resolve your health issue with your doctors there.
