Question: Last year exactly I tried to commit suicide by carbon dioxide poisoning when in my garage with the car running. I have been desperately trying to find someone I can sit down with to vent and discuss my problems. I have harbor health insurance

Firstly, if you are having thoughts about ending your life, you need immediate help. You should call 911 to be taken to a hospital where professionals can get you treatment immediately.

I think your decision to seek out therapy is a great one. Therapy can certainly give you an outlet and venue to figure out your problems. The most effective therapies tend to be psychodynamic psychotherapy or cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), including dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT). The best way to find a therapist that takes your insurance is to call your insurance company and ask them for a list of providers who accept your insurance. Otherwise, you will have to pay privately, which can cost anywhere from $100-$250 per session.
