Question: Day-by-Day I am getting fat although I am not consuming more than 3 chappatis in a lunch and dinner. Rice consumption is also thrice a week. Apart from this, my face is getting doubled-chin. What I need to do to loose my tummy and double chin ?

Diet is the important factor in weight management. You should take less carbohydrate and fatty diet.
Eat fresh fruits and vegetables.
Hope you are not on steroid therapy.
Take frequent small feeds.
Exercise should be done regularly, 5 days a week. It should have done at least 1hour a day.
Your weight should be according to your height.You can calculate whether you are overweight or Obese.
I reduced nearly 8kgs within 6 months by Diet and exercise. I used to have good breakfast,stopped rice in the afternoon and slight rice and chappati in supper.
I used to have Cucumber when I was hungry.
I did treadmill for half an hour with 5 speed and 2 elevation.
So,do not worry. You can reduce your weight.
