Brief Answer:
Probably hyperacidity....

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I am Dr Rakesh Sharma answering your query.

I have gone through your details, it seems, it was reaction of prolonged empty stomach and hyperacidity.
As you have mentioned you felt relatively well after eating something confirms it.

If I were your treating doctor, I would have advised you to take small frequent meals and plenty of water.
Avoid fasting for a long period of time.
Avoid spicy food for time being.

As of now according to me you do not require any medication, unless this episode continues. Do let me know if it continues and we can discuss how we can manage it.

Hope I have answered your query, if any thing else, you are welcome or you can close the question by rating the answer.

Good wishes.
