Question: I feel a little pressure inside both of my ears and ive been getting dizzy every so often the past two days. I noticed that i also get dizzy when i tilt my head back. I was at the beach for three days and i got bit by a lot of mosquitos. Other than that i have not changed my daily routine. Also, today while driving i had the music loud and i got dizzy and had to pull my car over. What can it be?

Brief Answer:
Eustachian tube blockage with vertigo

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to healthcare magic and thanks for putting up the query
A sudden vertigo with ear fullness is usually due to eustachian tube blockage caused by nasal congestion or throat infection?
As you mentioned that you were at the beach, you might have caught infection.
Take tablet levocetrizine plus phenylepherine twice daily and tablet promethazine twice daily for a week.
tablet betahistine 16 mg twice daily.
Take steam inhalation.
Avoid driving and travel by air.
Please tell me do you have any nasal congestion or throat infection so that I can prescribe you accordingly.
All the medicines I have prescribed will be available at prescription only.
Any further questions are always welcome.
Take care
Thanks and regards

My throat is not hurting at all though so can it still be that? Will this go away on its own without medication?
