It can be related to lacrimal (tear) gland

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Location of swelling is typical for lacrimal gland issues.

Such swelling can be due to acute dacryocystitis, canaliculitis,infected chronic dacryocystitis or lacrimal duct obstruction.

Treatment options are hot fomentation, systemic antibiotics, analgesics and anti-inflammatory drugs. Incision and drainage if there is abscess formation.

Ideal step would be to let your doctor have a look at it to confirm the diagnosis.Then doctor can prescribe you the medications.

Excessive tear is sqeezing out from my right eye (less severe in left eye). It becomes more sever in the morning time immediately after out from the bed . i developed swelling on my left side of my face 3 weeks ago and was put on antibiotics, I also rcvd eye dros as i had an eye infection in my right eye. However i still have the swelling and both my eyes are red and watery. Should i go back and see my doctor?

I HAVE TO WEAR CONTACTS AND ONLY ON ONE EYE I GET THIS BUILT UP OF NOT SURE WHAT'S IT'S CALLED BUT SOMETIMES I WAKE UP W/MY EYES SHUT CLOSED AND HAVE TO WASH THEM W/ WARM WATER.
