Question: I am recently married with the women I love. Its been only 2 months and I have lost the drive to perform and I cannot stand erect at all for days. The last time I enjoyed good sex was one week ago and post that I am unable to get an erection. My lifestyle is fairly healthy and I do not have Blood Pressure or diabetes. I regularly go to jog every single day. The only unhealthy thing is I smoke 8 sticks a day. I need to address this issue asap!

Hello
Welcome to HCM.

I can understand your concerns.

In my opinion, the sudden loss of erection in your case appears to be of psychological origin as you have a healthy lifestyle.

The immediate improvement in your can be made with drugs like tadalafil (prescription drug).

It is to be taken two hours before intercourse.
Single dose acts for 2 days and there are no long term side effects.
It is available under the brand name megalis/cialis.

Kindly consult your local doctor for valid prescription.

Hope my suggestions help you.

Feel free to ask further.
Thanks.
