Detailed Answer:
Can you upload pictures of the swelling ?
I would like to look at it.
See, this is internal bruise, and it takes 3 - 4 days to completely disappear.
Regular 2 hourly ice packing and cold compress is the maximum you can do.
And painkillers if there is pain.
Mostly the MRI will be normal, mostly I think that it is a vasovagal shock ( temporary nervous shock that happens due to stress, dehydration etc ).
But it is important to get the MRI done to rule out tumour etc.
My expectation is that the MRI will be normal.
Let me know the report XXXXXXX ji.
Take care.

Detailed Answer:
Yes I have gone through the photos.
This is internal bruise and it will take a few days to clear, but it will go away completely by itself.
You can only help by meticulous ice packing.
Take care
