Brief Answer:
Several possibilities...

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Those symptoms can be due to several causes. Most commonly it is benign due to fatigue, dehydration, lack of sleep or malnutrition.

If you don't think that there are any of those factors involved and symptoms are persisting then some more investigating may be necessary for other causes. Anemia is a common cause of dizziness and headache.
Viral infections may also manifest with headache and lightheadedness and could be another possible cause.

Metabolic issues such as blood glucose, electrolyte or liver and kidney function alterations may be a cause as well.

For that reason, the first step would be some routine blood tests for the above issues such as complete blood count, liver and kidney function, glucose, an electrolyte panel and thyroid function. A blood pressure measurement and EKG would be among the routine tests as well.

If all results normal and symptoms persist then neurological causes might be considered as well with imaging tests like MRI.

Hope I have answered your query.
