What Causes Submandibular Lymphadenopathy Along With Sore Throat?

Question: What is the cause for a swollen lymph node that is 2cm that doesn't go down, with a sore throat for 3 years. I have had every CT scan and MRI, and fine needle biopsy, but nobody can tell me why it is swollen, or why I have a continual sore throat. They tell me LPR, but to me that doesn't make any sense since my RSI is low, and the lymph node is swollen (submandibular)

submandibular lympgadenopathy can be due to some dental problem, tongue infection or submandibular gland infection, any oral infection or idiopathic.
