What Causes Stretch Marks And Cuts In Penis After Sex?
Question: Hi, about a month ago I had oral sex, both receiving and giving. It was rough and out in the cold. Since then I've had what looks like a few tiny stretch marks/cuts around my foreskin, which also looks a little darker and feels dry and mushy. I had been in extremely cold weather following the sexual encounter as well -- in addition to rough masturbation without creams. The girl said she was clean and I believe her, but it hasn't cleared up. I've applied coconut oil and some moisturizer. It's not itchy, irritated, there's no strange and no strange discharge. Any help/advice would be much appreciated.

Thanks for the reply, Dr. Kanodia. There's no burning or itching. There was initially some irritation when I was in extremely cold weather, but that quickly went away. I do feel a little more sensitive, but I think that's because I'm the paranoid type and a basic itch every few hours now strikes me as odd -- I don't notice any irritation or sense anything's wrong until I think about it.

Let me first reassure you that this is a normal usually seen condition and there is nothing serious in this condition. You should know the fact that our penile skin is the thinnest skin on the body. It is such a thin skin that even the blood vessels are directly visible over it. This redness of the blood vessels is many times confused with some kind of skin problems such as red rash or related thing. In your case also this redness can be due to this simple normal phenomenon of the human penile skin.
Now if there are mild roughness and marks then it can be just a hygiene related feature.To explain you medically and scientifically, in uncircumcised males there can be deposition of smegma over the glans penis. Smegma is the normal secretion over glans penis in uncircumcised males.
In your case as there is no redness with discharge or burning or itching so the possibility of fungal infection is out.
I would suggest you that as you are uncircumcised male so clean the genital area 2 times thoroughly and gently by retracting your prepuce completely backwards. This will reduce the present symptoms as well as help us in future also.
Do not masturbate for few days and avoid sexual contact of unprotected nature.

Thank you very much. This has definitely put my mind at ease. If the marks and little cuts don't go away after more cleaning, should I try any creams? What symptoms should I lookout for if it is a case of fungal?
