Brief Answer:
dose increment; kindly give details of your symptoms.

Detailed Answer:
Hello Mr. XXXX,
Welcome to HealthcareMagic.

I can understand your concerns.

It would be so kind of you if you could give some more details of your symptoms.
Please explain what do you mean by 'imbalance of senses'?

Espazine is trifluoperazine which is an antipsychotic drug.
Fludac is fluoxetine which is antidepressant drug.

With the details what you have given, my suggestion would be aa follows;

If you have started feeling the same symptoms, I think a dose increment is needed under doctor's supervision.
As 20mg fludac and 1mg espazine are minimun starting dose of these drugs, the dose should be increased.

Please reply back with the details of your symptoms so that I can guide you better.

Hope to hear from you soon.

Brief Answer:
rule out some common medical causes for these symptoms.

Detailed Answer:
You are most welcome.

Thanks for the details.

Keeping in mind your symptoms, Have you checked your blood pressure? The symptoms can be due to altered blood pressure.

Also, hypoglycemia and dehydration can cause such symptoms.

Since you are taking these drugs, there can be alteration in blood pressure due to it.

Other then this, practice relaxation exercises like deep breathing and meditation to keep you stress free.

Also, if you have felt improvement in your symptoms with these drugs,a dose increment can be considered under your doctor's supervision.

Hope this helps.
Take care.
