Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

If the pain is triggered by foods intake, nausea is present, such symptoms can be caused by gallstones. It is quite characteristic for gallstones pain to radiate to the back, sometimes to the shoulder. Acidity can be also present with this issue. Pancreas issues like an irritation or inflammation can give similar symptoms as well however usually there is abdominal pain.
Other possible reason of such symptoms is spine problem in the neck area. In such case the pain should be present when moving the head and some radiation to the arm should be present.
I suggest you to have abdominal ultrasound if gallstones sound probable. In case of spine problems you should consult orthopedist.

Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.

so this has nothing to do with esophagus ? ie food pipe? its just above the right shoulder collar bone towards neck....i sometime get anxious if something strange happens for first time.
ok if i take some meal what should be useful for me to identify if its acidity or something related to food pipe or like you said spine?
please suggest

Brief Answer:
.

Detailed Answer:
Esophagus issues usually give chest burning in the middle of the chest and some pain when swallowing. But it is rather hardly possible for the esophagus pain to radiate to the shoulder.
Of course if an ultrasound wont give the answer, you may need gastroscopy. But for sure not as a first test.
Acidity (GERD - gastroesophageal reflux disease) usually starts after fatty foods, spicy foods, coffee, chocolate, orange juice intake. Acidity pain can be eased for few seconds by drinking a glass of water. Spine problem has nothing to do with eating. The pain can be present after physical activity or long siting in one position (like in front of the computer).

Try to take hot bath. It should relax smooth muscles and help in that way. You may also try Metamizole or Buscolisine if you have them.

pantoprazole = pan d or rabeprazole = rabonik plus
what is the diff in two

Brief Answer:
.

Detailed Answer:
Pantoprazle and Rabeprazole are very similar medicines and belong to the same chemical group. There is some difference in chemical construction of this medicine and rabeprazole is newer.
Hard to tell which is better for GERD as every patient has different reaction to this medicines. In other words, it is necessary to try one (Pantoprazle) and see if it works or not (if there are symptoms or not). If not, Rabeprazole can be tried.
But there is not drastic difference between this two medicines. Both can be exactly effective in GERD treatment.

thanks for your response, is GERD curable? Is there any natural way to do it
or will i have to use medicines all my life
doctor
Answered by Dr. Grzegorz Stanko (9 hours later)
Brief Answer:
.

Detailed Answer:
GERD can be curable in some cases, in other permanent medicines intake is necessary. And there is also a group of patients which need surgical treatment.
For sure the treatment should be started with diet modification. You should avoid fatty foods, spicy foods, alcohol, coffee, chocolate, orange juices. Last meal should be 2 hours before sleeping.
Next step are medicines mentioned by you.
