What Causes Stomach Upset, Cold, Diarrhea And Shivering?
Question: I'm feeling upset stomach, stomach ache, cold, weak, diarrhea,shivering. I've been feeling this for a couple hours. I didn't sleep well last night. I'm currently in Mexico. Yesterday, I went snorkelling and I think I got bit by a jellyfish. I've been eating a lot of different food recently. I had oysters, snapper, and shrimp for lunch yesterday. I had cricket tacos and duck for dinner last night. I've been avoiding the water here in Mexico because i know the water can cause sickness.

It seems very obvious that you are having stomach infection due to food poisoning. This infection could be due to either Virus or bacteria , but looking at your case I think it's due to bacterial infection.
A test called Stool Routine and Stool Culture Sensitivity will tell us whether it is a Viral or bacterial infection. I advise you to get this test done and revert back to me with reports.
Till you get the report you can ask for a prescription of antibiotic Ofloxaci with ornidazole combination and use it .

Is the anti-biotic effective if the infection is due either virus or bacteria? Are there any other treatments that could ease the symptoms?

Other treatment that can give relief is Anti spasmodic medications like Cyclopam and anti secretory medication like redotil.
Ask your doctor for this prescription.
Apart from this drink plenty of water and fruit juices , avoid non veg and oily food .
