Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

Based on your description, I would recommend Dicyclomine, hyoscyamine , peppermint oil, mebeverine as some of the options that can be used for preventing/ treating painful spasmodic attacks. Antidiarrheal like diphenoxylate can be used. IBS can be difficult to treat and trial and error approach to assess the response of a specific drug would be required before sticking with that medication.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
