Brief Answer: Partial bowels obstruction. Detailed Answer: Hello! Thank you for the query. Considering your symptoms, blood work and allergy/asthma history the most probable reason of your symptoms can be partial bowels obstruction due to inflammatory bowels disease (Crohns disease). Typical symptoms of this issue are cramps on and off, bloating, gas obstruction, diarrhea and constipation alternately. Blood in stool or mucus in stool can be also present. You may have also some skin changes (allergic) or joints pains. Weight loss can be also present. I suggest you to consult gastroenterologist. Abdominal X-ray, ultrasound and stool tests should be first. Colonoscopy with samples collection should be next. If nothing will be found, abdominal CT with oral contrast (enteroclysis) is the next step. Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions. Regards.
