Brief Answer:
CT abdomen is required

Detailed Answer:
Hello Madam

I can certainly understand your concern.

As per your history, you possibly seem to have significant inflammation of the colon. This could either be an inflammatory bowel disease or a diverticulitis.

At this point it's very important to get a CT scan of the abdomen and a stool test for culture and sensitivity.

Further management if any is largely based on test results.

Certain foods can exacerbate symptoms of these bowel disorders and hence it's very important to avoid them at all costs.

Get these tests and update with test results.

Post your further questions if any.
Thank you.
