Brief Answer:
Probably pinched nerve.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.

I have read your question and understand your concerns.

Symptoms you describe may be linked to pinched or compressed nerve in the neck or during the nerve pathway to the arm (mechanical damage).

Nerves may be dysfunctional also due to damage by metabolic issues that may result in peripheral neuropathy.

Getting evaluated by a Neurologist about additional symptoms and signs of nerve damage and nerve conduction study are necessary in such cases to understand better your condition and achieve a correct diagnosis.

Treatment depends upon the diagnosis.

Discuss with your Neurologist about these issues.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Let me know if I can assist you further.

Greetings.
