default
Posted on Fri, 23 Jan 2015
Question: I spotted with a pinkish tint on the third one time and after I saw nothing else, on the fourth I saw nothing. the fifth and sixth I had a light red flow but only when I go to the bathroom, today on the 7th, it is brownish but it has yet to be heavy enough to need a pad or tampon like normal. I only see it when I use the bathroom, it does come uncontrollably like normal.

last time I had sex was 28th and 29th of Dec and before that 27 of Nov. last period was spotting on 6th and 7th of Dec. and flow from 8-11. my period normally starts very heavy and I need a pad or tampon and ends lightly. sometimes is varies from 4-5 days in length but no longer or no shorter, now I have nothing but old blood, its brownish and I only had two days of red blood and it was very light but still flowed.

HPT

Detailed Answer:
if you had unprotected sex , in dec then I suggest you should do a pregnancy test . if it's negative then this is likely due to hormonal imbalance . you may need hormonal medication to regulate your cycle. usually cyclical hormonal pills are given for such situations . sudden lifestyle changes, tension etc can cause imbalance and menstrual problems. wait out this cycle and if you only spot then you need to start some meds. XXXXXXX you can wait and see for a month or two.

Yes it does

Well XXXXXXX
If you are trying to get pregnant, then hormonal pills are not for you. Yes, they prevent conception. In that case, timed intercourse is important to try to get pregnant. In normal, 28 day cycles, the fertile phase is between day 12-16 thats best for conception. However, a normal period is also important. In your case, i suggest that you first do a pregnancy test, and if its negative, then time your cycles in the coming months.
