What Causes Spotting And Delayed Periods?

default
Posted on Wed, 22 Feb 2017
Question: Hi there.

I was supposed to have my period either on 29th or 30th. There were some spots on 29, normal flow on 30. However, today there's no flow except for when I urinate. Is there a problem there?

Brief Answer:
Get a pregnancy test done if you are sexually active.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to healthcare magic. I am Dr Ramadevi Wani. I will be answering your concerns today.

If your period is light and if you are sexually active, the first thing to rule out is pregnancy.

If you are not sexually active, then don't worry. Occasionally a period can be light and this is normal.

If you have further concerns, I will be happy to answer.
Best wishes,
Dr Rama
