Question: his penis has bulged out suddenly which was seen in him a few months ago also , local doctor Dr M XXXXXXX MD Pediatrics gave Clemastine Fumarate Syrup (Clemist-R) . In the morning his lips also bulzed out which is usually seen.

Brief Answer: Could be Idiopathic Oedema Detailed Answer: Namaste Welcome to Healthcare-Magic Greetings of the day Spontaneous occurrence of swelling of Penis, lips and eyelids could be mild manifestation of Angioneurotic oedema. There is swelling of the part but without inflammatory signs. It usually occurs due to allergens in the air or sometime may be food allergy. It responds to antihistamines and hot Seitz bath in case of penile Oedema. Sometimes the Oedema is Idiopathic and no cause can be attributed. I would suggest you to get complete blood count, allergens evaluation and Complement level if the symptoms recur. Presently I see no cause of concern.
