What Causes Soreness Throughout Body And Intermittent Stinging Feeling?

Question: My whole body has pretty much been sore after doing minor things. And my arms hands ans feet and legs get this warm feeling or like a stinging feeling .what could be happening . It was doing it for a while then stopped for two weeks now its back. Ive been to the doctor before and they never thouhht it was too serious

Anyway, Anxiety is known to be the most common cause of such symptoms.

Anxiety can make that happen? I feel like my bones are or muscles are so weak and sore and like my bones can break or something .i feel like anxiety would bring it to that extent

I would suggest you to get the following investigations done-
1)Serum calcium(including ionic calcium) and serum vitamin D levels
2)Throid function tests


Thyroid dysfunction and calcium/vitamin D level abnormalities can commonly present with such symptoms.I don't want to miss on them.

Please follow-up with results.
Meanwhile,please start taking calcium/vitamin D supplementation empirically along with multivitamins/antioxidants.Simultaneously,please do regular mental relaxation exercises.

Yea ive never liked milk or many vegetables . So i will get thevtest but for my last question do you think thay since i didnt drink milk and eat veggies its catching up to me? Im 20 years old
