What Causes Soreness In Eye?

Question: My husband has soreness in his eye, like he strained it. Almost like a pulled muscle.

Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about this soreness that your husband has. If he had no trauma to his eyes and his vision is intact, then I will suggest that we go with pain medications to control the pains. For this, I will suggest Tylenol at doses recommended by his pharmacist. Unless this fails to resolve the soreness, I will not recommend further care at this time. Also, I will like to have an image of the sore eye for inspection and more insights. The link to upload an image is on the right of your dashboard.
