What Causes Soreness And Tightness In Calf Muscle?

default
Posted on Mon, 2 Feb 2015
Question: Right above my calf muscle is a soreness/tightness like a muscle spasm. But it doesn't go away when I try to stretch it out. I drove 13 hours in a car yesterday. I did stop three times and walked some. The "bad leg" started about an hour before my destination. It woke me in the night and I could hardly walk this morning. After shower and walking in the house, the discomfort totally went away. Came back about 4:00 this afternoon. Feels like a tight pull
