Brief Answer:
Normal occurence especially with newly undertaken exercise

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

If the exercise/brisk walk was done first time or its the initial few days of using the treadmill then its quite usual for some soreness and pain after the exercise. Most likely you will recover within a few days as your musculoskeletal system gets used to the stress. In the meanwhile you can take paracetamol with a muscle relaxant like orphenadrine or cyclobenzaprine if the pain is causing you discomfort.

Brief Answer:
Explained

Detailed Answer:
Hello.

Losing weight will certainly benefit you both in terms of diabetes and hypertension.

Once hypertension or diabetes is diagnosed, one has to take medication indefinitely in most cases. Both are chronic diseases and exercise or weight loss can not cure either. It certainly can help in maintaining and reducing blood sugar and blood pressure to acceptable levels. If you were my patient, Stopping medication wont be an option that I would offer.

Thanks

Brief Answer:
Explained

Detailed Answer:
Hello.

If you have a fatty liver diagnosed on ultrasound then LFTs i.e. liver function tests should be done. If they are normal then regular exercise, weight loss , abstinence from alcohol consumption and excess fats intake should be advised. Lipid profile should be done and if indicated cholesterol lowering medication , statins should be initiated. It is a reversible condition if the above measures are implanted.
