I am working, just not feeing great, looked up symptoms of virtigo, have the blurred vision, and my ears ring now and then. Had maxalt this morning as I thought it might trigger a migraine. Brief Answer:
Could use betahistine.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for posting your query.

I have noted your symptoms. These are suggestive of vertigo. The cause of vertigo could be related to ear (benign paroxysmal positional vertigo) or neck (cervical spondylosis). Both conditions are not serious and respond to medical treatment.

As of now, you can start betahistine tablets for relief from symptoms. For my patients, I advise 16 mg three times daily.

If symptoms persist despite this, you may need to exclude a brain ischemia (lack of blood flow to the back of brain).

I hope my answer helps. Please get back if you have any follow up queries or if you require any additional information.

Wishing you good health,
