Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcaremagic
Greetings of the day
Dear Ms XXXXXXX

If there is no discontinuity in colar bone (clavicle ) it is unlikely to be due to fracture.

It would be very helpful if you could provide me with the following additional information

1. Is there any redness and discolouration of overlying skin ?

2. Is there any deformity or discontinuity in colar done ?

3. Is the swelling associated with crying while trying to feel the swelling over collar bone.

4. Providing clinical photograph will be helpful

Exact diagnosis will depend on visual and clinical examination

Awaiting your response

Take care
