What Causes Small White Spots On Penis?

Question: I have a plain white blemish on my penis about the size just smaller than a dime, itches sometimes and penis seems to always be moist,,, no other symptoms at al
No other symptoms at all, hasnt changed for a month, but wont go away!

Nothing to worry. It is most likely fungal infection caused by poor hygiene or from wearing a jockstrap or sports briefs. It can also be caused from irritation. You just need to apply anti fungal creams like canesten creme for 2-3 weeks. Maintain genital hygiene and properly wash with soap and water. Do not use perfumes or chemical cosmetic products. You can visit a dermatologist for prescription.
