Brief Answer:
Pityriasis versicolor; Oral Fluconazole

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us

I am dr.kakkar(dermatologist). I have gone through your query and i have noted your concern. I have XXXXXXX reviewed the images.

I would keep a possibility of pityriasis versicolor for these brownish red patches. Pityriasis versicolor is a fungal infection caused by a yeast Malassezia furfur.

Treatment would include a single dose of an oral antifungal tablet i.e Tablet Fluconazole400 mg. This would be curative.
