Question: Small lump appeared on forehead suddenly . Pebble size . Firm . Does not move . No pain . What could it be ?

Frequent headaches .small lump suddenly assisted on forehead . Hard . Not movable . No pain . Feels like bone . Should in be worried ?

I am 56 no b health b issues. The bump is not visible to naked eye or on photo . Must feel it .
Not red , not irritated , not c pain or discomfort . Just small pebble sized bump on forehead that does not move . Hard . Like bone
