Question: Bottom lip got a small lump I get bumps like blister which go when I put savlon on and some times lips go purple

Hi,

I went through the query and understood your concern.

The blister since disappear with antiseptic lotion it may be due to allergy. But since multiple bumps, if painful or had history of oral sex then Herpes should be ruled out. The purple color may be due to inflammation associated with blisters.

For now continue cleaning with savlon, ant inflammatory drug (NSAID) like aceclofenac or ibuprofen along with antihistamine like cetrizine will help in inflammation and allergic response. If the lesions reappears even after these measures then needs to get evaluated for the cause.
