Brief Answer:
Provide more information.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM.

I have read your query and reviewed the pictures.

These tiny bumps could be either allergic due to friction or might be small boils but before going into further discussion,I would like to ask,

Is there itching or burning pain over those bumps?
Since when you have noticed them, after shaving or even before that?
Any over the counter medications tried?

Kindly get back to me with these answers,I will give my opinion after that.

no medication tried and I'm pretty sure they are present all the time I can just notice them when I shave cause they are so small. I'm also a 26 year old sexually active. all bumps also appeared to be in the hair somewhere

Brief Answer:
Likely due to friction.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
These small bumps are likely due to friction and highly unlikely due to sexual exposure, so there is no need to worry about it.

But you have not answered my question whether you have any itching or burning pain or not.

You may take over the counter antihistamine like cetrizine 10 mg twice daily.

if it is an itch it's a slight itch no more than a few seconds or nothing a scratch won't fix. also when I scratch the itch it's not like a bug bite and gets worse instead it goes away. burning no. not really or if so extremely infrequent. nothing note worthy

Brief Answer:
Try symptomatic treatment first.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome again,

These bumps are likely due to friction or there could also be eczema over the skin for which you got occasional mild itching.

You may tr below mentioned symptomatic treatment first.

1) calamine lotion on the small bumps to prevent itching.

2) Maintain hygiene and try to keep the area clean and dry, wear loose-fitting cotton clothing.

3) Also use an antibacterial soap or mild soap like dove.

4) Avoid any kind of cosmetics.Avoid using razor for shaving.

5) You can also use a barrier cream with zinc oxide paste or calamine lotion or a mild steroid cream like dermacort after consulting to your doctor.

6) Take some antihistamine tablets like zyrtec or claritin for itching.

If the bump persists even after this symptomatic treatment or itching worsens with burning then it will be best to get it evaluated from a dermatologist but not at this point of time.

Hope this information helps.
