Brief Answer:
Oxygen therapy will help.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
I have seen the attached image. The wound is slow to heal but there is no active discharge from the site and the signs of inflammation are also not there. An infection is less likely. Any oral antibiotic is not needed right now.
The presence of swelling on your foot is the main cause of slow wound healing. It is best to keep the leg elevated on two pillows while resting.
Local heat application will also help in improving blood supply to the area. Nutrients that promote healthy blood flow include omega-3 fatty acids, vitamins A, C and E, magnesium and folate. Good foods to add to your diet include salmon, oranges, carrots, walnuts, bell peppers and dark leafy vegetables.
You can get oxygen therapy and ultrasonic therapy to increase the rate of healing. Do consult a podiatrist for a better care and assessment.
I hope this answers your query.

Brief Answer:
Apply to the red area near the wound.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
For ultrasound therapy you can apply the gel and machine to the area surrounding the wound that is swollen and red. It will help in increasing the blood supply to the area.
Massaging the area and moving it passively will also increase the circulation and decrease the swelling. You can do same exercise at home also.
Hope my answer is helpful.
