Brief Answer:
Modification of food habits /life-style is desirable!

Detailed Answer:
Hi! thanks for your health query!

As per the results, I can explain:

1. Slight increase in the SGPT level: could be due to mild liver or gall bladder or pancreatic inflammation; not to worry

2. high triglycerides/LDL level/LDL:HDL ratio/ blood sugar/HbA1c, low HDL: you need to reduce the fatty foods and take more of fibre rich foods along with moderate exercise and also need to take relatively protein-rich foods and plenty of fluids.

3. low vit-D and slightly high magnesium levels: you need to increase outdoor activities and take vit-D3/Calcium supplements

There is a high risk of heart diseases for you but it is quite preventable if you do not smoke or drink alcohol.

Just have a positive outlook and do follow my suggestions for 6 weeks and get back to me with ECG/HbA1C reports.

Wishing you good health,
