Brief Answer:
Too early to get pregnancy symptoms, advisable to take Plan B

Detailed Answer:
Hi, Dr Purushottam Neurgaonkar here. I welcome you to HCM VIRTUAL CLINIC. . I have gone through your question, and I think I have understood your concern. I will suggest you the best possible treatment options.

1 ) First of all do not panic.

2 ) It is only two days past your sexual activity. Even if you are pregnant, it is not going to give you any symptoms within 2 days. Your abdominal pain and discharge can not be related to pregnancy.

ABOUT Your white discharge, I think it can be due to vaginal infection, and it could be due to Urinary tract infection or STD. I will suggest you to further evaluate about this discharge.

3 ) in a woman with regular cycles, day 10 to 20 of the cycle is the most fertile period of cycle. If you had unprotected sex in this period, then only you can be pregnant. Please check, if you had sex in this period.

4 ) It is advisable to take emergency contraceptive pill like plan B within 72 hours of unprotected sex act, it works if taken as early as possible. If you are in the fertile period of cycle, it will be helpful to prevent pregnancy.

5) If it is not feasible, just wait for the onset of periods. If at all you miss your periods, please get morning's first sample of urine tested for pregnancy as well as for Routine Microscopy.

Brief Answer:
It is day 9 of the cycle. plan B if possible.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, Dr Purushottam Neurgaonkar here.

Thanks for reading the answer and reverting back. I will be happy to answer your query.

As per your history, it is clear that it was day 9 of your cycle. It comes just a day before the fertile period starts.

Although chance of getting pregnant is less, still it's better to use emergency contraceptive pill if possible.

Use of condom is advisable in the future, as it will prevent unwanted pregnancy and will protect from the STD .

I hope this answer helps you.

Thanks
Dr Purushottam Neurgaonkar
