Brief Answer:
details as given below.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Read and understood that a vegetarian male of 34 is loosing the skin inside the mouth in the upper jaw. Wants to know the reasons and supplements.

You would have provided the clear photograph of the area to get more clear idea as visual impression is very important to diagnose the disease.
Please post a clear photograph.
Since when have you got this problem?
Is this over a large area or just a small ulcer?
Consulted any ENT or Oral Surgeon?

If the disease is over a large wide area and of a recent origin, I would advise the following :
Take Vitamin A in dose to complete 3 lac units, meaning if the capsule is of 30,000 units take twice a day for 5 days.
Take Vitamin D sachets or capsules one every week for 4 weeks.
Continue with multivitamins containing Lycopene once daily.
Avoid too hot and too cold foods and beverages.
Soft bland diet.
Small amounts of water orally frequently as it helps to keep the area wet.

I hope if the lesion is due to vitamin deficiency, this will heal faster and completely.

If this is more than that or shows signs of any other disease I would advise you to consult an ENT Surgeon to ascertain the nature of the problem and get a biopsy done to prove the disease.

I hope this answer helps you, please feel free to ask relevant queries if you have or if you feel that there is a gap of communication. Please give the answers to teh questions I have asked and post a photograph
