I can understand your situation and problem.
There are two possibilities in your case.
1. Skin changes due to hormonal imbalance because of perimenopausal age.
2. Skin allergy.
So better to consult gynecologist first and get done hormone study to rule out hormonal imbalance.
If this is normal then consult dermatologist to rule out skin allergy.
You may need antihistamine drug.

I have been working with endocrinologist because thyroid meds had me out of control we just got them right after 5 months it seems to me so kind of histamine intolerance
