Brief Answer:
Probable diagnosis is Sunburn..

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Welcome to HCM,

After reading short history and seeing photos, I feel that you seem to have sunburn. And the lesions are in healing stage. Initially there is redness and dry burning skin which is exposed to sun. It occurs due to high temerature. Skin in affected areas become dry and red. After few days there is peeling or exfoliation. At present you have exfoliation. It seems that your lesions are healing.

Do not worry about white patches. They may be recovered.

I usually recommend following treatment in my patient having lesions like yours..

1) tab levocetirizine 10 mg at night
2) tab methylprednesolon for 10 - 15 days course under medical supervision
3) mild steroid cream like mometasone (elocon cream) to be applied at night
4) vitamin E with alovera cream lie E pad or Elovera cream applied in morning
5) avoid soap during bath, you may use dettol liquid few drops in bucket.

After few weeks you may be alright. Avoid sun exposur. Avoid alcohol if you have habit. Keep the area covered with socks.

I hope you got my answer. Still any query..you are welcome.

Thanks.

Wishing you healthy life.
