Brief Answer:
could be allergic eczema or fungal infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for writing to healthcare magic.
From your description and photos , I think of two possibilities

A) Fungal infection of scalp called as tinea capitis.
This can be confirmed by skin scraping for dermatophytes. If positive you need to treat him with topical antifunagals like clotrimazole. Usually needs treatment for atleast 2 to 3 weeks.
B) Eczema or allergy.
This too presents with similar rash and the rash oozes liquid too.
Usually treated with moisturizers, Also avoid powder . Use shampoo daily, short cool baths frequently. I would presume eczema and fungal infection and treat for both till he improves.
Wishing your son speedy recovery.

Hello Dr XXXXXXX

Thanks for your immediate response.

we had just consulted a pediatrician near us. He prescribed as below:

Incid-L- citirizine syrup, half spoon before bed.
Olemessa bath oil, Half an hour before bath for whole body.
oilatum lotion, after bath for whole body.

He said like baby is having skin allergy.

Do you think the above prescription is fine? or do you suggest any thing else.

Thanks again for your help.

Brief Answer:
Its fine

Detailed Answer:
It is absolutely fine to continue your doctors prescription for eczema.
Try for few days.
If not improving you may need to consult him again and rule out fungal infection.
