Question: My husband has two bad skin abrasions and they have a terrible odor. He's in ESRD.

It may indicate skin infection and he should do swab culture to verify exact microbe and then right antibiotic can be started. till that he should apply antibiotic or low steroid cream on it and keep it clean and dry as much as possible and cover it with sterile gauzes.wish you good health. Regards
