What Causes Shoulder Pain With Painful Bumps On The Legs, Thighs And Scalp?

Question: Hi,
I experienced a pain in my left shoulder few weeks a go. Now i feel the same in my right shoulder. few painful pimples are also popping up behind my legs on my thigh and on my head.
do i have std or lyme disease?
